Japan’s Largest Specialized Exhibition of Welding, Joining and Cutting Technology ! This is the 28th show since the first one in 1969. During this time, the Japan International Welding Show has consistently played a leading role in responding to the needs of the industry by promoting technological innovations based on the themes of the times. The show is a major event where all welding-related technologies, products, and information will be concentrated across a wide range of fields, from welding and cutting to laser processing, micro joining, powder processing, thermal spraying, surface modification, non-destructive testing, and the popular AM(3D printers), DX, IoT, and AI. The Japan International Welding Show has earned a reputation as one of the world’s leading international welding, joining, and cutting exhibitions, and has established itself as a hub for welding in Asia by attracting an outstanding number of visitors from all over Asia and showcasing world-leading cutting-edge technology. At the show, new products are introduced, there are an abundance of live demonstrations, and nearly half of the visitors are end-user engineers. The show consistently draws an overwhelming number of attendees and exhibitors, and has earned an outstanding international reputation as a technical show.

Ready-made booth system, named the “Shell Scheme Package Booth” is available upon request for one or more booths. This package is particularly convenient for overseas exhibitors. Payment of the exhibit fee

The Management Office will mail out an invoice after receiving and approving the exhibit application form. The exhibition booth fee is to be paid by the stated due date. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.

Exhibit and operating guidelines ＊extract

Effectuation of Exhibition Contract and Agreement

The necessary items for the application to exhibit at the Exhibition are stated in the designated application form, which must be submitted to the Management Office with the corporate seal and seal of the person in charge applied. The exhibition contract is established as of the day that the Management Office receives and approves the application.

Please note that even if your application form has been received, the Management Office reserves the right not to approve it when all booths have been taken up or for other hall set-up reasons. When the exhibition contract is established, the Exhibitor is deemed to consent to the Agreement, and the Agreement takes effect and the Exhibitor is under obligation to comply with the Agreement.

The organizer has the right to determine whether the Exhibitor is in keeping with the intention and purpose of holding the Exhibition. If it is determined that the Exhibitor does not satisfy the intention and purpose, then the organizer will refuse to accept the exhibition application or will rescind the exhibition contract. At such time, the judgment criteria, grounds, or reasons for the decision will not be disclosed. Furthermore, the organizer bears no responsibility whatsoever for costs or other expenses incurred up to that point by the Exhibitor.

Decision on Booth Location

The Management Office decides on the allocation of Exhibitor booth locations, prepares booth layout plans, and notifies each Exhibitor. The Exhibitor may not object or request a change to the allocated booth.

The Exhibitor consents in advance to changes in the Exhibitor’s booth location in accordance with changes to the exhibition status, even if these changes occur after the Management Office has decided the allocation.

The right to use the exhibiting booth does not arise until the Exhibitor pays the full amount of the exhibition fee in accordance with Section (5) Payment of Exhibition Fee of the Agreement, which must be completed by the designated time stated in the invoice.

Joint Exhibition

When two or more companies apply for a joint exhibition, one company shall act as their representative, in principle. The Management Office will only contact the Exhibitor as to the exhibition fee and other bills and send visitor information items to the Exhibitor only. The Exhibitor shall notify the organizer of the company name(s), contact information of the joint exhibitor(s), and other information at the time of application and other appropriate occasions.

The company name(s) of the joint exhibitor(s) shall be indicated only along with the Exhibitor’s name . The Exhibitor shall ensure that the joint exhibitor(s) complies with the exhibition contract . The Exhibitor and joint exhibitor(s) shall be under obligation to take on the responsibilities of the Exhibitor set forth in the exhibition contract.
